Go-to-market, multiplied

Great go-to-market doesn’t add. It multiplies.

Most early-stage teams have a product worth talking about and a story that undersells it. AX 10 does that work: positioning, messaging, and launches that compound, so you’re never starting from zero.

Foundational work that keeps paying off.

Engagements typically start with a project like one of these and grow from there.

01

Positioning & messaging

Persona research and a messaging framework that makes a technical product impossible to misunderstand. These are the words everything else is built on.

02

Rebrand & website

Most technical companies have a site that undersells the product. This is the rebrand and website that match what you actually built.

03

Case study program

A repeatable system for turning happy customers into proof — sourcing, interviews, and stories your sales team actually uses.

04

Events & content flywheel

A launch is not one day. It’s a drumbeat: content and events that turn one announcement into ongoing pipeline.

Andrea

Andrea joined LaunchDarkly as employee #5 and its first marketing hire, back when almost nobody was searching for the term “feature flag.” She worked on naming the category and building the messaging that took it from an unfamiliar idea to a standard part of how teams ship software. It’s the same work most AI companies are facing now: a product ahead of its story.

She’s now VP of Marketing at Heavybit, where she helps portfolio companies build their GTM. Through AX 10, she takes on a small number of founders doing that same early, hands-on work.
